The adjacent buildings are an excellent example of the Art Nouveau architecture of the town from the early 20th century. August Preisenhammer's house from 1904 is one of the most important buildings of the Organic Art Nouveau style in Nový Jičín, as is the house of the factory owner Franz Preisenhammer, built a year later. The continuous building is the work of the builder Rudolf Kloss.

August Preisenhammer's villa currently houses medical services.
