Accessibility
The building of the Visitor Centre Nový Jičín is fully wheelchair accessible.
Barrier-free access is provided via a ramp at the main entrance.
There is an elevator at the back of the building.
It can be used by people with reduced mobility and visitors with strollers.

Public toilets (WC) – free of charge
Public toilets are located at Úzká 29 (approx. 100 m from the square) and are open:

Monday–Friday..............6:30–18:00
Saturday........................7:00–12:00
Sunday............................CLOSED

Note: these public toilets are not wheelchair accessible.

Other WC options
Near the square (approx. 200 m), there are paid toilets in the Javor shopping centre.
They are wheelchair accessible and open daily according to the centre’s opening hours.
