The ruins of the Starý Jičín Castle on the Starojický Hill are an important dominant feature of the route. On the ground floor of the reconstructed castle tower there is a café and on the floors of the tower you can see an exhibition dedicated to the history of the castle and the local estate. From Starý Jičín, the trail continues towards the Oční studánka, a spring of highly calcareous drinking water. The last stop on this route is the Svinec peak, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surroundings. From Svinec through Skalky the trail leads back to Nový Jičín.
