The route leads from Nový Jičín through the local part of Žilina and Životice near Nový Jičín to Mořkov, one of the oldest and largest villages in the Nový Jičín region. The route continues to Hodslavice, the birthplace of František Palacký. The permanent exhibition in his birth house presents the life and work of the great Czech historian, politician and founder of the modern Czech nation.

You can return to Nový Jičín along the František Palacký Educational Trail, which leads through Straník, Kojetín and Skalka.
