The building of the Nový Jičín Visitor Centre is completely wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair access is provided by a ramp at the main entrance. The lift is available in the rear wing of the building and can be used by people with reduced mobility and visitors with strollers.

Free public toilets

There are public toilets at Úzká 29 (approx. 100 m from the square), which are open:

Monday – Friday....... 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday...................... 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Sunday...................... closed
Please note that the public toilets are not wheelchair accessible.

Near the square (approx. 200 m from the square) there are paid toilets in the Javor shopping center, which are wheelchair accessible and open daily during the center's opening hours.
