Ignaz von Czibulka was the president of the regional court in Nový Jičín. In 1894 he received the Order of the Iron Crown of the third class, and became a member of the council of the Red Cross in Nový Jičín. His wife was Adeline née von Rochlitz, Dame of the Order of Elizabeth, President of the Red Cross in Nový Jičín (d. 1881).
