The Nový Jičín Visitor Centre building is fully accessible. Barrier-free access is provided by a ramp at the main entrance. A lift is available in the rear section of the building and can be used by people with reduced mobility as well as visitors with pushchairs.

Toilets are available in the building for visitors to the Visitor Centre and customers of the hat shop and café.

Public toilets (WC) – free of charge
Public toilets are located at Úzká 29 (approx. 100 m from the square) and are open:

    Monday – Friday..........6:30 – 18:00
    Saturday.......................7:00 - 12:00
    Sunday.........................CLOSED

Please note that the public toilets are not wheelchair accessible.

Other WC options
Near the square (approximately 200 m from the square), there are paid toilets at Javor Shopping Centre. They are wheelchair accessible and open daily according to the shopping centre’s opening hours. More information can be found here.
